A lifelong automotive enthusiast, McKeel restored a 1967 Porsche 911S with his father at age 13—a car he still owns and drives every spring. His driving adventures include scaling Pike’s Peak in his Porsche, participating in the historic London to Brighton Veteran Car Run in a 1903 Knox, and tackling Tennessee’s legendary Tail of the Dragon in a McLaren 600LT. He has also served for decades as a judge at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where he continues to hold an honorary role.
